Truth Poll is a decentralized polling platform that enables users to create polls, vote on polls, and earn USDC rewards for accurate predictions. The Platform integrates with blockchain technology and requires KYC verification for certain features.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Truth Poll. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform by any applicable laws

Truth Poll uses passwordless authentication via Magic.link and blockchain wallets. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and authentication credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your contact information is accurate and current

Certain features of Truth Poll require identity verification through our KYC partner, Veriff. By completing verification:

• You consent to Veriff processing your identity documents and personal information
• You acknowledge that verification status may be recorded on the blockchain
• You understand that one person may maintain only one verified account
• You agree that false identity information may result in account termination

You agree not to:

USDC rewards are distributed via smart contracts on the blockchain:

• Rewards are subject to poll resolution and accuracy
• Transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• You are responsible for any gas fees or transaction costs
• Truth Poll is not responsible for blockchain network issues or delays

All content, features, and functionality of Truth Poll are owned by Truth Poll and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Use Truth Poll branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile any Platform software

Truth Poll disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of poll results
• Security of blockchain transactions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Truth Poll at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Platform or other users
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.
